Content

• Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains 2.5 mg of bisoprolol fumarate and 6.25 mg of hydrochlorothiazide. 
• Appearance: Yellow, round, biconvex tablets with a heart-shaped embossment on the upper side and “2.5” on the lower side.
• Packaging: Available in packs of 30 tablets.

Indications

• Primary Use: Management of mild to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure).
• Combination Therapy: Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and blood pressure, while hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps eliminate excess salt and water from the body, further lowering blood pressure.

Instructions

• Dosage: Start with 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not chew, crush, or break.
• Food Intake: Can be taken with or without food.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's close to the time for your next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.
