Relief of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of steroid-responsive dermatoses, including:
Psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis)
Recalcitrant dermatoses
Lichen planus
Discoid lupus erythematosus
Other conditions unresponsive to less potent steroids
Application: Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily for up to 4 weeks.
Maximum Weekly Dose: Do not exceed 50 grams per week.
Occlusion: In more resistant lesions, the effect can be enhanced by occluding the treatment area with polythene film overnight.
Discontinuation: Avoid abrupt withdrawal; reduce frequency gradually.
Precautions: Avoid use on the face, underarms, or groin unless directed by a doctor.
Monitoring: If the condition does not improve after 4 weeks, consult a healthcare professional.
