Indications:

Deplatt 75 /mg is indicated for:

1. Prevention of Atherothrombotic Events

   • In patients with a history of myocardial infarction (heart attack), ischemic stroke, or established peripheral arterial disease.

2. Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)

   • Used with aspirin to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death, heart attack, or stroke in:

     • Patients with unstable angina or non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI).

     • Patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), treated medically or with PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention).

3. Post–Coronary Stenting or Angioplasty

   • Prevents stent thrombosis when used with low-dose aspirin.

Instructions:

• Dosage:

  • Typically, one tablet (75 /mg) once daily, taken at the same time each day.

  • In ACS, the initial dose may be 300 /mg loading dose, followed by 75 /mg daily (as per doctor’s direction).

• How to Take:

  • Can be taken with or without food.

  • Swallow the tablet whole with water — do not crush or chew.

• Missed Dose:

  • Take as soon as remembered.

  • If close to next dose, skip missed dose. Do not double dose.
