The P63 is a
DOT PEEN MARKING GUN designed to mark all types of industrial parts.
This mobile marking machine is suitable for the identification and traceability of heavy and bulky parts and can mark all types of material.
The P63 dot peen marking gun has a cast alloy body and a stainless steel front module that make it extremely strong.
The P63 marking gun is
FAST AND POWERFUL and
MARKS WITH CONSTANT QUALITY AND PRECISION.
The P63 has a tungsten carbide stylus that distorts the material and can make
PERMANENT MARKINGS of all types:
alphanumeric text, logos, or
2D Datamatrix codes.
The P63 marking gun comes with
AN INDEPENDENT E10 CONTROLLER THAT OFFERS MANY PROGRAMMING POSSIBILITIES.
All marking files can be transferred through the USB port on the E10 controller.
The software is easily controlled through a
COLOUR SCREEN and an
INDUSTRIAL KEYBOARD, protected by a plastic membrane.

The P63 can also have a
DEEP MARKING option (E10DP63).
A “booster” board and a specific striker assembly allow deep marking of parts such as the
hardest hardened steels (62 HRC).
For example, deep marking conserves readability,
even after surface treatment or the application of a coat
of paint.

1D/2D BLUETOOTH BARCODE READER
The 1D/2D barcode reader is used to enter variable data.
There is a choice of two readers; one only reads 1D codes and the other is multi-function for 1D and 2D codes, for reading printing on paper or labels.
The code’s content is entered in the marking file as a variable.
The text read can be marked in full or divided into several parts.
This option ensures a high level of security.
No risk of error due to manual entry.
The data read can be displayed on the SIC controller screen.
The various codes read are Codabar, Code 25 industrial, Code 25 interlaced, Code matrix 25, Code 25 standard, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Code EAN-8, Code EAN-13, Code UPC-E, Code MSI and Code 11.
The benefits:
- The reader and machine are connected by a radio link and therefore no wiring is required.
- The reader is fully compatible with the entire E10 range.
- The reader is ideal for reading labels, printing on paper, etc.
CART FOR RANGE OF PORTABLE MARKING MACHINES
The cart is an essential accessory for transporting a portable marking system.
The cart is not compatible with the magnetic front panel option.
The cart has:
Robust legs for stability
- Large diameter solid wheels
- A bracket and mounting for the controller
- A single 230V power socket is required to control the assembly
- A marking gun stowage basket
- Two transporting handles with foam grips
A battery-powered cart is possible (one day operation between charges)
The benefit:
The cart is light and manoeuvrable, and can be used for transport both in the workshop and outdoors.
MAGNETIC CLAMPING
The magnetic clamp comprises two electro-magnets for support assistance. These are attached to the front of the marking gun and clamp the marking gun to steel parts.
For proper clamping, necessary for good marking, the following values have to be defined:
- Thickness of piece being marked
- Smooth and flat surface
- Roughness and paint thickness
The benefits:
- Marking can be applied vertically or horizontally.
- Press a button to clamp.
- It facilitates the support of the assembly for high force marking and gives optimum marking quality.
