PU Grouting and Compaction Grouting
Polyurethane (PU) grouting and compaction grouting are extremely successful structural repair procedures for sealing leaks, stabilizing soils, and strengthening foundations. PU grouting is injecting expanding polyurethane resin into cracks, joints, or gaps in concrete structures. When exposed to moisture, the glue expands and cures quickly, providing a flexible and waterproof barrier. This approach is very effective for preventing water penetration in basements, tunnels, retaining walls, and water tanks. In contrast, compaction grouting is the process of injecting a stiff grout mixture into the soil to densify and strengthen loose or weak ground, hence enhancing load-bearing capability. These methods are perfect for managing structural settlement, improving ground conditions, and restoring old infrastructure without requiring substantial excavation or downtime.
