Pregabalin Sandoz 150mg is indicated for the treatment of:
Neuropathic Pain: Peripheral and central neuropathic pain in adults.
Epilepsy: Adjunctive therapy in adults with partial seizures with or without secondary generalisation.
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD): Treatment in adults.
Fibromyalgia: Management in adults.
Neuropathic Pain: Associated with spinal cord injury in adults.
Dosage: The recommended starting dose is 150 mg per day, given in two or three divided doses. Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 300 mg per day after an interval of 3 to 7 days, and if needed, to a maximum dose of 600 mg per day after an additional 7-day interval.
Administration: Swallow the capsule whole with a sufficient quantity of water. Do not chew or crush the capsule.
Timing: Can be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for the next dose. Do not double the dose.
Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, kidney disease, or are taking other medications.
