Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri (MeSTI), is a certification scheme introduced by Ministry of Health to achieve and meet minimum requirements of a Food Safety Assurance Program. It is aimed to help SME as the existing Food Safety Management System certification such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, etc. is difficult for them to obtain.
This 1-Day course provide you with the knowledge of element and understanding the requirement, general foodborne hazards and GMP. You also gain guidance in developing Food Safety Assurance Program based on MeSTI requirements such as facility design, food handler, maintenance, sanitation, process/packaging/storage/transport controls and etc.
