Tittle：Sanrio characters hand roll steamed bun workshop(Hands-on)
Date : 17th April 2021
Time: 10am - 4pm
Fee : RM360
Limited to 4 pax only
Steamed bun recipe will be given in the class.
All materials， ingredients and box will be provided.
Student will learn:
- preparation of steamed bun dough from scratch.
-knowing the ingredients used.
- Tips & technique of dough kneading to archive smooth, soft and fluffy bun without adding any actitive or softener
- Colour mixing technique
- Tips & tricks of proofing and steaming bun perfectly.
* Student will bring home 1x melody hand roll , 1x pom-pom purin hand roll, 1x keroppi hand roll ,all with yummy tuna & egg stuffing.
* Using all natural food powder.
*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no bring forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event .
