- Must replace receiver drier + expansion valve synchronously during compressor overhaul; full system vacuum pumping before R1234yf & PAG46-YF oil filling
- Forbid R134a charging; wrong coolant leads to internal seal swelling, corrosion and compressor lock-up
- Finish system vacuum leak test before vehicle commissioning
