Packaging (Slow Drying)

• A: Resin 1KG

• B2: Hardener 0.3KG

How to Use: Recommended application thickness per layer: 1 to 1.5cm

Mixing Ratio (By weight)

• Fast drying: (A) Resin:(B1) Hardener = 1kg:0.6kg

• Slow drying: (A) Resin:(B2) Hardener = 1kg:0.3kg

Accurately measure both resin and hardener according to ratio, determine

• Prepare a bowl / container, make sure is clean of dust or water.

• Pour (A) into clean bowl / container and then slowly pour (B) into (A).

• Use chopstick or other tools to stir slowly so it would not get bubbles, scrap the sides and bottom several times during mixing.

• Stir for 2 to 3 minutes and let it settle down for about 5 minutes to allow air bubble to rise up if any.

• Bubble can be removed by using toothpicks to float up slowly and will disappear.

• Slowly pour into mould or surface of project.

Note: You may add OTTER water-based pigment to get a colourful finishing.

Curing / Drying Time (room temperature 30 °C)

• (A) + (B1) Fast Drying Mixture - Touch Dry: 3 to 4 Hours

• Fully Cure: 7 hours Onwards 

• (A) + (B2) Slow Drying Mixture - Touch Dry: 6 to 7 Hours

• Fully Cure: 10 hours Onwards 

Coverage: 1kg Mixture Covers 10 sq.ft. at 1mm Thick

Shelf Life (Unopen): 18 months
