	PREPARATION METHOD:
	Steam or fry fish or other seafood of your choice till cooked. Then, heat up a pan. Add in 1 packet of MY Chef Chef Asam Pedas Paste followed with a little water to cook.Lastly, spread evenly the cooked Asam Pedas Paste on top of fish or other seafood of your choice. Your Asam Pedas Seafood is ready to serve.
	
	INGREDIENTS:
	Sugar, chilli boh, chilli powder, salt, onion, lime leaf, lengkuas, serai, chicken stock, asam paste and water.
