Features
 
Solve the problem of burrs and flashes of workpieces in stamping process. The polishing rubber roller and the abrasive belt (large sand cutting amount) are mainly used for sharp and hard burrs generated by stamping; two sets of brush discs (one set rotates clockwise and one set rotates counterclockwise) have a swing function to ensure the stamping workpiece. Each corner and inner hole of the machine can be 360° without dead angle and uniform grinding effect; the grinding roller and brush plate adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, the material is soft, and the heat dissipation effect is good, which ensures that the stamping workpiece will not be overheated during the grinding process, and eliminates the plate deformation and surface scratches. The special vacuum adsorption fan and the vacuum chamber of the worktable make the small workpieces and workpieces with holes and gaps can be perfectly adsorbed, so that the workpieces will not move and offset during operation. The equipment effectively solves the problems of low efficiency and inconsistent workpiece grinding in manual grinding.

Introduction to touch rollers
 
1. The contact roller is used for drawing the surface of the workpiece and removing the oxide layer;
2. The contact roller adopts Korean nitrile rubber roller, which has good oil resistance and corrosion resistance, and has a longer service life. The hardness of the rubber roller is confirmed according to the different processes of the customer;
3. The contact roller adopts an integral structure and can be divided into three parts (as shown in the figure below), which are seamless steel pipes with a wall thickness of 9mm, plus an eccentric shaft processed from round steel, and NSK bearings are used at the combined connection; After tempering, finishing, dynamic balancing and other processing processes, the wall thickness of the steel pipe is guaranteed to be 7mm thick and the left and right balance error is ±0.02mm. Finally, it is fixed to the equipment through the bearing seat. This method can largely eliminate the partial sand leakage.
