Content

• Active Ingredient: Dexketoprofen trometamol 25 mg per tablet
• Formulation: White, round, scored, film-coated tablets
• Packaging: Pack of 20 tablets

• Primary Use: Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as musculoskeletal pain, dysmenorrhoea (painful menstruation), and dental pain
• Mechanism: Dexketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to reduced production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for inflammation and pain

• Dosage:
  • Adults: 25 mg every 8 hours
  • Total daily dose should not exceed 75 mg
  • Treatment should be limited to the symptomatic period; not intended for long-term use
• Administration:
  • Take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals, especially for quick relief of acute pain
  • Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of fluid (e.g., one glass of water)
• Precautions:
  • Use with caution in patients with impaired liver or kidney function
  • Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy or while breastfeeding
  • May cause dizziness, drowsiness, or visual disturbances; avoid driving or operating machinery if affected
  • Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects
