KUALA LUMPUR (March 9) – Mah Sing Group Bhd has reported robust sales for its M Aspira serviced residence development in Taman Desa, with nearly 85% of units snapped up. The announcement coincided with the developer’s Chinese New Year open house held at the project’s sales gallery on March 7.
Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum, founder and group managing director of Mah Sing, said the strong uptake highlights buyers’ confidence in the M Series brand, particularly for its strategic locations, high-quality finishes, and accessibility.
“Events like this open house allow prospective homeowners to experience M Aspira firsthand and appreciate the value embedded in our developments,” Tan Sri Leong said.
The group achieved RM2.51 billion in sales for FY2025, marking its strongest performance in a decade. Looking ahead, Mah Sing plans to maintain momentum in 2026 with a series of new launches, supported by six strategic land acquisitions secured in 2025.
Project Highlights and Accessibility
M Aspira occupies a 3.7-acre site and carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM850 million. The development comprises two blocks of serviced residences offering two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, with built-ups ranging from 706 to 1,006 sq ft.
To enhance connectivity, Mah Sing will construct a dedicated ingress and egress road linking Jalan Desa to the Kuala Lumpur–Seremban Highway exit slip, improving access for residents and visitors.
Community Engagement and Promotions
The open house featured cultural performances including a lion dance, a magic show, and a Chinese orchestra performance. Singer Crystal Liew Yen Yen also performed a themed song celebrating the Year of the Horse.
Mah Sing is currently running its “Grab Your Dream Home” campaign until March 31, 2026. Homebuyers who complete purchases during this period are eligible for two online lucky draws, with prizes including a fully furnished home as the grand reward. The first draw took place in November 2025, with the second scheduled for mid-May 2026.
Portfolio Reach Across Key Growth Corridors
The campaign covers selected units across Mah Sing’s extensive portfolio, including:

These well-located projects align with Mah Sing’s strategy of targeting key growth corridors, providing homebuyers with quality residential options while reinforcing the brand’s presence in Malaysia’s residential property market.
For investors and developers eyeing the Klang Valley, projects like M Aspira also highlight the ongoing demand for well-connected residential and mixed-use developments near major urban hubs, complementing growth in industrial land in Selangor, office space in Bukit Jalil, and factories in Puchong.
