The client at Lorong Raja Uda required a cooling solution that addressed several spatial and technical challenges:

Condensate Management: To prevent ceiling water damage, the team integrated a dedicated drainage line with a slight gradient, allowing the unit's internal lift pump to efficiently discharge moisture.
Outdoor Unit Placement: The high-efficiency condenser was mounted on an external wall with adequate clearance for heat rejection, ensuring the system operates at maximum EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio).
